2.            RECOVERED MATERIALS:

The contractor must certify that the paper material offered in the product shall include a minimum of 40 % post-consumer recovered material as defined in 40 CFR, Part 250. Yhe Government reserves the right to require proof of such compliance.

3.            QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Product Conformance:  The product provided shall meet the salient characteristics of this commercial item description. The quality of the product sold to the government shall be equal to or better than the quality of the product sold by the manufacturer in the commercial market. The government reserve the right to require proof of such compliance.

4.            APPLICATION FOR COPIES OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS REFERENCED

HEREIN:

                The issue date in effect on date of invitation for bids or request for proposal shall apply.

4.1          Code of Federal Regulations 40, Part 250 is available from the congressional Sales Office, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402.

5.            PREPARATION FOR HANDLING:

Packaging, packing, Labeling, and Marking shall be as specified in the contract or purchase order.

6.            ORDERING DATA:

Purchases should select the preferred options permitted herein, and include the following information in procurement documents: Size: Letter or Legal.
