2.2 The stacking design shall incorporate any interlocking built in or added features. Simple friction fittings are not considered adequate. Any external connecting fixtures shall be included as necessary to stack the trays when a stacked assembly is required. No tools shall be required to stack the trays. When the trays are stacked, the outside bottom of the upper tray shall not be less than 5.4 cm (2-1/8 inches) from the inside of the bottom of the next lower tray. Stacked trays shall be located each directly over the other with no offset.
2.3 A stacked assembly of a minimum of five (5) trays shall not exhibit evidence of deformity, including, but not limited to cracking, bending, warping, or visible stress marks, after testing as prescribed in paragraph 4.3 (performance testing).
